Think about it

I went to register w/ a temp agency. I was dressed very professionally, and had a good resume. They gave me a ridiculously easy test (half the multiple choice consisted of picking the correct file cabinet to put something based on someone's last name or employee number, I learned this in 1st grade). I thought the interview went well, the lady said she'd email me the typing and computer tests to take at home, but she never did. When I called to follow up I was told I'd get a call back in a few minutes but never did! There was another girl there when I was being interviewed and I could see she was taking all the tying and software tests there. Is it age discrimination because I am in my 30s and used to a high salary vs. someone much younger who may be asking to get paid less? Should I call their headquarters to complain? They shouldn't not give me a chance and to at least take the required tests to see my level of competency. I have a bachelor's and a solid work history and am frankly confused at their actions.
I don't mean from a legal standpoint. They can do whatever they want, but maybe the office is not complying with their guidelines so I was thinking to take it to someone higher up since it doesn't make sense not to get tested.
