Should I Complain About This?

Not that i am horribly mad or anything but I attempted to call an Olive Garden to place a take out order. The first time I called, i got a busy signal, no big deal. I then tried calling three more times, each time someone kept picking up the phone and then slamming down the receiver, thus hanging up on me. The final time, someone picked up the phone, said "hold on" and then put me on hold for like 5 or 6 minutes, at which point i just gave up.

Their website has an area to file complaints, do you think i should do it? Maybe they will want to make it up to me?
 
Yes, I think you should.
They get paid to do their job, so they should do it.
I say go a head file a complaint.

-I filed a complaint on angry bus driver. But then again that was different. That guy was a jerk! I can't believe a bus driver made me cry. >:|
 
I would for sure contact Olive garden!!! And just go crazy cause your gonna get a free meal out of it...and mention something about a couple other people that you were ordering for so that way you can get more than 1 free meal!


That is just rude! I would be so livid right now if i was you! I would never want to eat there again!!!
