Should I complain about this teacher?

This is for ART CLASS

She is very intense and angry all the time, every day for no reason, even if the class is fine. I'm scared to even ask for help if I need to because she doesn't even try to help and assumes you must know it already. Aren't teachers supposed to teach, even if you need extra help or want something explained? She went up to someones work one day and told her it was horrid. I was away one day and came back to class catching up with a project so I needed to check I was doing one of the process in the correct manner but she got angry at me!
To be honest I think she should be fired, shes not friendly or helpful.
Not to sound mean I would like a new teacher!
 
I had a teacher like that when I was in school. This was also back in the days of paddling. I was spanked almost daily, once for not knowing how to spell chicken. Talk to her let her know shes being a bitch. If that doesn't work talk to the principal.
 
yea definitely. idk why but in my school, my art teacher's always cranky too. shes a girl too. -___- talk it out with ur friends first, see if ur friends have the same opinion. then talk to the student body.
