Me and my boyfriend have been going out for 6 months...i'm 18 and he's 19. We've both met each others families and we were going to see each others families on Thanksgiving but we wound up not because our thanksgiving dinners were at the same time.
For Christmas eve we both have a dinner and on christmas day my family has a big lunch at my grandmothers house. his family doesnt really do anything but hang out at his house. my grandma said he could come to our family lunch and i told him and he said he was just gona hang with his family that day since it is a family day. we're gonna just meet up that night and give each other our presents and hang out.
Is it weird that we're not gonna see each others families on Christmas? I've never had a boyfriend for Christmas before so i don't really know how it works. If you need any more details just ask
Thanks!
yea i made christmas cookies for his family and he already gave them to his family for me...they loved them
i will see him on christmas...just not his fam since they don't really do anything and he's always with my family so i guess i was just shocked when he declined an invite for the first time
