I am just concerned of the alligators, venomous snakes, and coyotes. The campsite host said they wouldn't be a problem, but I plan on staying for about 2 weeks so I'm wondering if any predatory wildlife might attack me in the night if I were alone. I probably won't camp more than a mile away from the road, but I am just curious if anyone has had any experience camping alone primitively in gator country or Saint Joseph state park.
