I had knee surgery 3 days ago for prepatellar burscittus and some debriment and was given a precription for hydrocodone 10/500 60 pills with 1 refill and they are not working very well to relieve the pain from the surgery. Im reluctant to call and ask for something stronger because first, I dont want to look like a drug seeker and I dont know if my doc will grant me anything stronger knowing that I already have the script for the hydrocodone? but the pain is just too much. so I dont if I should call the doc or not? any advise would be greatly appreciated !
should I call the doc for stronger pain medicine ?
