should I call in sick to work?

Okay so the last 2 days I've come down with this cold/flu, not too sure what it is. I've been having body aches, fever, coughing , sore throat, and loss of appetite. I am supposed to work in the morning but not sure if I should call in because right now all I have is a sore throat and coughing. the other symptoms seem like they may be gone but not sure. MY sister in law , friend, and neice who all live next door have also had it but they have had it for like a week. My sister in law told me that her fever went away for a little bit but then came back in the moring so she thinks that that could happen with me. I work in an assisted living facility with elderly people as a cna. I hate calling in but don't know what to do. I have two kids who haven't gotten it yet from me, but when I was laying my kids down , my son was starting to cough so i'm afraid he could be coming down with it now. I don't like being away when either of them are sick. I haven't called in in about 2 or 3 months now, so do you think I should? I am just worried because the next day ( Monday) I have a mandatory meeting to go to and I don't want to deal with people asking me why did you call in? or why are you here, I thought you were sick? I mean if I don't go to the meeting I lose my job, but it's only for like 30 mins not 8 hours. I just don't want to hear people's crap. What should I do?
