I'm thinking about buying a toyota corolla for 1500. The owner says that it needs a "transmission tuneup" and the reverse on it acts up after the car is driven all day. Also, the transmission filter is stopped up. The car has 197,000 miles on it and I heard that toyota corollas can go well over those miles. So should I buy the car and get it repaired or just look for another one?
