Should I buy this honda?

I am an 18 year old college freshman looking for my first car ever. I came across a car close to my home that is a 1995 Honda accord, it has 84,000 miles on it and runs well mechanically. My brother in law's father is a mechanic and said the car is in good shape. I'm paying 3300 for it and using my left over money to fix the brakes (limit of 5,000 dollars). Am I making an okay choice? I did check the value on KBB already and it is the correct price based on that.
 
yea honda's will last you forever and eternity plus they are cheap to maintain and you will have more money to yourself thanks to saving on gas. Definitely a good buy for a college student or anyone really
