should i buy this graphics card?

btw i do not have an HDTV is it not compatible with a common regular monitor?and if it is is 37$ a good price for it?
by the way im just trying to get a couple of my old favorite games running on this computer those being

titan quest
diablo 2
age of empires 2-3

think this would run them proficiently?
 
It is an excellent graphics card. It even has a TV tuner, 512mb mem.you should have no problem with any monitor.
At $37 its` a steel.
 
it is good as long as your running windows vista basic or xp. with premium and other higher ones it will lag
