Should I buy this Android 2.0 MID Tablet PC?

I am looking for a cheap portable device to watch online streaming video (such as hulu.com, Netflix.om, fancast.com, NBC.com, MTV.com etc.) while I am working out at the gym. The IPod Touch, and the IPad are awesome! But they are out of my price range ($90-200 is my price range) So I was looking at this 7" Notebook WiFi Google Android 2.0 MID Tablet PC for around $120. I do not know if this is a good deal or if it will allow me to watch streaming video online. PLease HELP!!! Does anyone know a cheap device that I can buy to watch online streaming video on? Thanks
