Should I buy this 2002 Pontiac Grand Prixx With 130K Miles?

The Car has 130K miles on it and has a salvaged title.The car is fully loaded, and the owner is only asking for 3K. Is it reliable at this rate?
 
If it didn't have a salvage title I'd say why not but if thats the case then the previous whereabouts of the car are unknown and you'd just be wasting $3k away.
