So here is my dilemma. I am looking at a 2002 Ford Escape XLT. It has 120,000 miles on it and carfax is clean. The Air bag light is flashing and front tires are on the verge of replacing. I did notice when I accelerated it made a "bus like" sound. Is this common in most Escapes? I just need some insight from you fellow Escape owners!! Everything else seems to be in decent shape. Body has no rust. It does have a tow package and 4x4.
