Should I buy this 1992 Toyota Celica?

Well im looking for a 5 spd, 4 cyl, tuner and I found this 1992 Toyota celica. The guy was asking 550 for it but I got him down to 300. The car is rust FREE. There is no rust and the only flaw on the outside is the back bumper which has a dent in it and may be cracked. The car has 130,000 miles on it and it starts up and runs fine. The only thing really wrong with it is the clutch. The guy said it starts but dosnt really move cuz it needs a new clutch. Its front wheel drive so I think I would have to take the transmission out of it. I live 4 hours away and I would not like to make 2 trips down there or even one and find out the car isnt worth it. But on the other hand its only $300. I could probably scrap it for that much. Should I buy the car? Thanks ALOT
