I have metro pcs and I really want to buy this phone because It is a smart phone and it has windows 6.1. I know nothing of the phone but supposedly you can download apps for free because it is just like having a computer. I'm just scared that if I buy it something better will come out in a few months. Should I wait, or should I buy it?
