Should i buy the iPhone when it comes to verizon, or the i7 cpu for my new computer?

They are both $300.? Ok so lets say all the verizon iphone rumors are true. Should I buy the 32gb Verizon iPhone (hopefully 4g lte), or the i7-950 CPU for my new Antec computer. They are both about $300. Thanks for all responses!
I currently have a Dell Inspiron 530 (very outdated), and a Moto Droid (1 year old, though nothing compared to the new guys).
