should I buy the ducati streetfigher S model or standard edition?

The ducati streetfighter S model is about 5K more than the standard edition. The S model comes with TCS and the Ohlone suspension. Is the 5K extra cost worth it or should I just get the standard edition?
 
It is getting a little dated looking, but for my money(3000 less then std fighter) the 1100 monster is a better all around street bike with more refinement and comfort. Yeah the Fighter is much more cutting edge looking and makes much more power.It needs a lot of sorting out. Rode both, just my opinion.

PS you WILL want to upgrade the shock if you get the std.
