I am looking to purchase my first camcorder. Both of these camcorders seem to get similar reviews from CNET & Amazon.com users. They are both in the same price range. Does one of these models stand out from the other? If so, in what way? Also, feel free to share if there other camcorders you would recommend in the sub-$500 price range.
