Should i buy Panasonic fz 35 or fz 40?

I heard that even though the fz 40 has more zoom and more megapixels , alos has a bigger lcd screen it just not lives up to the fz 35 in terms of image quality and low light picture quality.
right now the fz 40 is about $50 less then the fz 35.
wich one would you choise?
