Should i buy another car? Or keep my old one?

I have a 1980 Montecarlo old and rare, the body is old and rusty, but the engine and transmission are new. My neighbor is selling me a Mazda for 350bucks, and well i don't know if i should buy it, or invest those 350 bucks on new tires, and fix the body bit by bit?I would appreciate any suggestions.
