Should I buy an iPad 2 or wait?

Im going to college in the fall and I need a tablet, the iPad is what I want. I been hearing rumors that another one is coming out later this year so should I buy the iPad 2 now?
 
dont buy an ipod at all buy an android tablet they're much better, you can get free apps, they're sometimes cheaper, you have flash, the list goes on
