I'm a 24 year old male who still lives at home. I do not make too much money & I've always wanted a Lexus IS300. In a month or two I would have enough to buy one, but it would be salvage title (about 5-7 thosand dollars). I have a few other hobbies I'm into that I'd also like to spend my money on but if I bought this car it would consume all of my money. I'm not sure if I'm making a bad decision on buying an expensive car or just being happy with something maybe less than half the price (Honda Civic) that would get better gas mileage and be cheaper to maintain. I guess we always want what we can't have but the Lexus has just been something that's always been in my head. I know it would cost me at least double more then an inexpensive car not only in initial price but in maintenance & gas. I just don't know what to do it's driving me crazy.
