I am pretty close to getting a Golf TDI for the following reasons: I want to get a:
1. Sedan
2. peppy car
3. great handling
4. good looking
5. Great on gas
Well, then I read about the upcoming Fiesta. And I realize that the Golf is a superior car, however the price of the Fiesta makes it tempting. I've read rave reviews about how it handles, has a peppy engine, fun to drive, and has GREAT gas miliage (30/40). Impressive. All for about 18k all decked out.
The only sedan golf in a manual transmission (the only kind I would drive) is the TDI. But we're looking at about 24-25k. Huge difference for what you get.
I know the Fiesta is usually compared to the Polo, but it seems the Polo, for the price, is inferior to the Fiesta.
I wrote "sedan" but what I mean is a 4-door car.
