Should i buy a Subrosa Salvador Street Complete Bike Or Build My Own?

IM 6' 3" and im looking to get a bike but not sure if i should get a Subrosa Salvador Street Complete Bike with a top tube size of 20.5" or should i get a Subrosa Armada V2 frame with a top tube of 21" once again im 6' 3" and i want a bike that will fit me not a small one but if i get the frame i wont have money for anything else.... so please help me out thanks
