Should I buy a Pontiac G8 GT or a GTO?

I've been debating on whether or not to buy a Pontiac G8 GT or GTO.
Both car have american muscle to them which I want but I really can not decide. I have been hearing good things and some of the normal bad things about Pontiacs but I want to keep it american.
 
It is really a win/win situation...you get the power in both cars, and they are about the same price.

So I would decide whether you want a full-size sedan or a sports car...

Personally, I would go with the G8 GT since, like you said, you get the American muscle in both. Plus you get the benefit of a full-size car : )

Both cars are actually based on the Holden that's built in Australia. But at any rate, the G8 GT is a better choice since it has a better ride than the GTO. The GTO is stiffer and might be too uncomfortable for a daily driver. Test drive both cars to find out which one suits you.
