Should I buy a nice car or save for college.?

For my birthday my mom gave me a budget for a car. I worked for her for 5 years (every weekend) so it's kinda me paying for the car. I saw one I really liked but it's over my budget by about 5k. So I'd have to put in the extra amount. I've been saving a really long time and I have the money but... I was saving for college. I also think someone my age shouldn't have too nice of a car. But it really is my dream car that i've wanted for awhile though. I've worked so hard to save up, but I do see myself with this car for a long time. I can still get a pretty decent car with my original budget, but I just wont be completely happy...

I'm so confused.. what do you think I should do?
