Should i buy a new gm vehicle NOW?

i just bought a 2009 chevrolet cobalt like in mid February cuz i needed a reliable car for college...now the dealership is calling me to buy the malibu LT2 i originally wanted, but i didnt pass the credit for that amount..now the dealership offers me some rebates and plus i got a letter saying i qualify for discount for a new chevy vehicle worth 1500 bucks...Should i trade in my 4 month car for a new chevrolet malibu?...(malibu is a little bigger and luxurious than the cobalt?
 
If they are offering it to you, they want to sell it. So push hard, be aggressive and kill them on the price. It might take a few days and a few calls to get them down, but it's worth it. Also, neither GM or Chrysler are making cars right now, so what the dealers have is all they can get. Also, try and find out if they are one of the dealers who is not getting their franchise renewed as this will influence how desperate they are to move the car on.
