Should I buy a Buick Rendezvous or a Hyundai Santa Fe?

I need a cheap used car. I want three rows of seats four hauling family around. I've narrowed it down to those two models where I've seen ads in my price range: it would be a 2001 or 2002 or 2003. It would have around 150 thousand miles on it.
Which one should I get? And why?
