I was thinking of getting a bike, but then I started about thinking about joining a gym because I don't know if just riding a bike will help me lose weight. I'm 5'5 and 125lb and my bmi is 21.something I know I'm in normal range but I would love to go down to 115 or even 110. And my measurements are 36,28,38
