There is a 99 Honda civic for sAle for 3200 but I don't have that much cash so I'll have to finance it n it will cost 3600 the car has 150k miles on it but has a 90 day 4500 mile warranty on it and the dealership says it was takin care of well and it has alot of after market parts.. If it's not a good buy how much should I try to bargain them down too
