Should I buy a '98 jeep grand cherokee laredo? 137k?

I am thinking about buying a '98 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. It has 137k miles but has just had the entire exhaust system, radiator, fuel pump and spark plugs replaced. How reliable is it slash will it take ten hour drives? I am moving away for school and I want to be sure it will last.
