Should I buy a 2003 Ford Focus Zx3 with 85000 miles on it?

I am considering buying this car, the dealer is asking 4999, and he is willing to lower it a little, he is offering a 90 day 3000 mile warranty with it, are ford focuses still good at this mileage, and is that a good price for the car, it looks and sounds good but im not sure, can anyone help?
 
It seems like a lot of mileage, but if it was well maintained it is not bad. Are they offering a CarFax Report with it. Just try to make sure that it has no past hidden history.
