Should I buy a 2002 Chrysler Sebring LTD Convertible for $5000?

The car has a clean title, 1 owner, 77k miles, pretty clean ext/int, v6, 2.7 L. I ran the VIN # and everything was good, then I took it to the dealer to have a safety check and they said it had about $1300 worth of fixes to be done. But i know its the dealer and they charge an arm and a leg. The defects they found was: oil pan gasket leak ($350), cracking drive belt ($130), front timing cover leak ($380), valve cover gasket leak ($400). Now these are not noticeable leaks. I watched the car run for about 30 minutes and nothing leaked from under the car.
I have heard mixed reviews of chryslers/sebrings, but I've never owned one so I'm not sure what to think. I've also heard the parts are expensive. Can any experienced owners/mechanics/dealers tell me what they think about this deal?
