Should I buy a 2001 Honda civic ex?

my local Honda dealer is selling a green Honda civic ex coupe for $8k. It is an automatic and has 106k on it. Should I buy this car? The kbb is $8500 so it is marked down. Would this car last me 7 years if taken care of? The car is a one-owner which is good. Help me out please
 
Honda last forever.. they can run up to 200,000 but 8000 is a lot of money for a car with 106,000 miles on it
