Question says it all.
I'm getting desperate for a car. The very few I can afford all come with absolutely horrid reviews. In my experience, Honda's and Toyota's are by far the best. They're warriors. Unfortunately there are very few around in my area. As desperate as I am, I've found a 2000 Camry for $5,000. The catch: It has 240,000 miles on it.
I haven't looked at the carfax yet or anything. But, assuming it's in perfect condition, isn't 240,000 a little close to death? I mean, I know these cars are workhorses, but I'm not sure if it'd be worth it.
