2000 cadillac catera, 128oookms, 4dr, black on black , leather, all pwr options, 60%tread, sunroof, sun screen, privacy glass, good condition, all GM receipts, must sell at a sacrifice price of 4000

I am only driving it for another 6-8 months before leaving the country. I want to know does it break down very very frequently? And how much gas money should I expect? I am from Canda btw.
Canadian money, according to information online 1999 and 2000 models are better, they are RWD

The Cadillac Catera has a rather poor maintenance record. It was GM's first attempt at making a smaller Cadillac. I believe Cateras were all front wheel drive cars. There were engine problems, transmission problems, electrical problems, and body assembly problems. The only plus feature was the fuel economy. Sacrafice price of 4000 what? US Dollars, GB pounds, Canadian Dollars, Euros??? btw where is Canda?

No.. those cars are horrible. There is a reason why they didn't make a second generation Catera! They get good gas mileage, though, if you can keep them running: about 29 MPG.
