Should I buy a 1997 Dodge Caravan with 130,000 miles? Any advce will be appreciated.

THANKS :)? The price is $1,000. I was told that it will need new tires and brakes soon but other than thar runs good. The pasenger window sticks sometimes and the pasenger rear sliding door is jammed. Any advice and input will help. Thanks :)
 
for a thousand bucks for that new of one that would be a good deal if its it in fair shape,if that's all that is wrong with it ,then those are minor repairs ,those was pretty good vans,and for a thousand bucks if it runs and drives its worth that,you cant hardly find anything now days that will run and drive for what your going to be paying,have someone look it over before you buy it just to make sure its not ready to fall apart,for the year of it that's not really high mileage either,it probably would be a good vehicle,try to get it checked though before you buy it,good luck
