he just put all new parts in it he said i culd do monthly pays on it he wants 33 hundered its in good shape shoudl i buy i need to know by the end of the day plz help
 
It depends on what you mean by "in good shape"

IMHO: I wouldn't give $3300 for ANY 14 year old american car. The seller is just trying to get you to make a hasty (and poorly thought out) decision. It's an old salesmans trick.
