I have a 1994 Mitsubishi Mirage (crazy mpg). I meant to purchase the 6.5" 2 Way Rockford P1S652s but they installed the 3 Way P1653s by accident.
I didn't realize until 1 week later.
I have a very nice Rockford amplifier along with dampening material in all 4 speakers.
It sounds great - BUT, do the 2 ways sound better? I have no way of telling if I got screwed or lucky. It took them like 7 hours to install.
Do I keep the 3 Ways or do I need to go back and ask them to replace them with the 2 Ways free of charge? They are about the same price.
I listen to Rock, Hip Hop, Electronic, House, Techno, Classic Rock. I love good quality bass in my music because I like that extra mmph.

SIDE NOTE: The receipt had the 3 ways on it, but it was a huge receipt with all sorts of accessories and installs so I missed it. However, we both definitively agreed on 2 ways I know that for sure. He said he hated 3 Ways!
