should i buy 2003 harley davidson ann edition sportster?

my step dad only wants 5200 it has only 12,000 miles and saddle bags and extras super pretty blue.. i love biker bars but have to leam to ride it..
just a little scared..i am 50 years young..should i get it?
 
it's worth that if it's a 1200, if it's an 883, that's a little rich

don't be scared of it, do it! just make sure it makes sense dollars wise. it will be a good bike 1200 or 883
