Should I buy 1g iPad ?

Woman at work selling iPad 1st gen, should I get it? If so what's a reasonable price? By the time the 2nd one gets cheap enough they'll be a third one, so it's really kinda stupid to wait when you think about it. I have an iPod touch now that I love, but I'm not replacing it. So should I?
