Should I become an art Graphic designer or an RN?

I'm 14 years old. For a few years I've been researching and thinking about what to do with my life and choosing a career. Since childhood I've enjoyed anything relating to art. I'm exceptionally good at painting and drawing. I'm a pretty good singer, and I'm very fascinated by film-making. I'm not sure what career to choose because my mother has told me that art related jobs are competitive and the salaries are not too great. For that reason, I've been looking for alternatives, and searched for jobs with high demand and high salaries. I found that Rn's are in high demand and salaries are good. I know I would enjoy nursing, I'm tolerant of blood, gore, spool, and everything that nurses go through. What worries me about it is math. I read that math is necessary through college. I've always struggled with math and I don't really like the subject, but I'm willing to try my best. Should I focus on what I love to do or should I succeed as an Rn? I would like to hear some opinions and advices. I would also like to hear someones experience in nursing, what's it like? It would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
I apologize for the exessive text.
