I have a conflict. I want to join the military and I would like to get the chance to get some combat action, but ultimately when I get out I want to become a firefighter with a paramedics license. So I was thinkning that I could maybe enlist in the Air Force as a firefighter. The only thing that is holding me back is well I REALLY want to have the chance of having combat experience, plus I'm not totally how much experience I would get being a firefighter in th AF. Another side question, do military FDs run like first response to medical calls?..So please give me some insight. It's basically down to this, I either want to go into the Army as a Cav Scout or the AF as a firefighter.
Should I become a military firefighter or?...?
