Should i become a divorce lawyer?

i'm so interested in this career

i just want to ask: How many years will it take in college?

and can u give me a brief explanation on how this job works?

ex...will i talk to couples? will i be their judge? will i have to talk to

kids?

i need advice please!
 
4 years college + 3 years law school

You will be the advocate for one of the two divorcing parties, trying to get that person the best deal.

You are not the judge between the two divorcing parties. You may or may not ever talk to the other party; you will talk to that party's lawyer though.
