Should I Be Worried. Unprtotected sex?

Me and my gf was having sex and I accidently ejaculated. Now I pulled out all the way and even if I didnt there was a tiny bit but some still touched her vagina. She has been very consistant with her pills and tells me not to worry because her ex used to ejaculate fully inside her. She also said when she was diagnosed with leukimia that they said she might not be able to have kids. Should I be worried?

If she is on the pill don't worry. It is 99% effective in preventing pregnancy.

Any time you have unprotected sex there is a chance of a baby. Don't assume she is infertile. Use protection anyway. If she had a recurrence of her leukemia, she could lose the baby from the treatments. You both need to be absolutely sure what you're getting into before you even think about having a child in this situation. In fact, it might be best for her to be sterilized in case. Both of you should talk to her doctors about this.
