Should I be worried about the girl he's talking to on facebook?

My boyfriend has been talking to a girl on facebook, and has been organizing to meet up with her ECT. It's no secret, as it's all over his wall page. I haven't said anything to him about it, because I don't want to seem jealous. I looked at her profile, and she looks like a prostitute. This is what concerned me the most, because I'm just not comfortable with my boyfriend spending time/talking to a girl with a profile of her wearing stilletos, and a dangerously short dress! Should I say something to him? Any advice would help, thanks xx
