Should I be Reading this book?????????

its a series of books (3)
im 14 and they look like advanced books for me.
pretty small print and 350 pages easy. and they have some words i haven't even heard of.
but on barnes and noble web site. it says the age range in 9-12.
so should i still read it?
 
Absolutely. Give it a go I think. If you buy them and don't get a lot of it then save them for when you're a bit older. I'm fourteen and a bit of the stuff I read has a lot of words I don't even understand but I just make as much sense out of it as I can. I think a thesaurus will help you with that too, if there are any words you can't make any sense out of, just look them up. I got my thesaurus for $3 at an opp shop.

It's always good to read a little outside your comfort zone. You don't want to have no clue whats going on, but learning new words is half the reason for reading. Just keep your laptop nearby to look up words (or an actual paper dictionary *shudder*) and take your time. As for length, that isn't really an issue. As long as you find it interesting, even the longest book will get finished eventually.
