Should I be on Academic Suspension and will it affect me transferring to a University?

So, I have not had the best start in my community college (I had to drop some classes and failed one), and I want to transfer to a University. I got all the way to Academic Probation for being under 2.0 gpa for two semesters, and the school said if I was under 2.0 again, I would be suspended. Well, I raised it up and got it to exactly 2.0 (woohoo!). Then, I went to Florida for a college program for one semester before returning to the college. This semester, I got one D (in Geology), 2 C's, and a B, which brought it down to barely below 2.0, and now I am being told I am on Academic Suspension. My classes were taken away, and I am being told my financial aid is suspended, even though I was denied and never received any for this semester (don't know if this has any relation, but just a little detail). I was also told that since I did not "show significant improvement" that I was denied the chance to appeal. I have had a registration hold put on me once before for Academic Probation (when I registered for the past semester) even after I got the 2.0, and they took it off when I went in to question it and told me it was a mistake. In fact, even when I WAS on Academic Probation, there was no hold on my registration and I did not have to go seek an advisor to take the success workshop that they ask you do to continue, so now I am very confused. Should I have been STILL on Academic Probation? Does this apply to some community colleges the entire time you're there after you get it once? Will this affect me ever transferring into a University (cuz' I doubt any University will take someone who got suspended from a Community College)? I am really scared and am afraid that my chances of getting the education I want are ruined, and this will affect my entire life. Is there anyone who can help me figure out what's going on???
