should i be concerned?

On 5/3 I hit my head really hard. The next morning i woke up vomiting and had excruciatingly painful headaches so i went to the doctor. He said I had a mild concussion. A few days later I vomited 3 times in an hour and a half. I had a CT Scan of my head which was negative for any bleeding. BUT ever since then Ive kind of been in a state of mental fogginess, i feel like there is alot of pressure in my head and I have weird twitches every once in a while but they aren't bad and they seem to be decreasing. is it related? should i be concerned?
 
Certainly wouldn't hurt to go back to the doc and get a second scan...maybe an MRI this time. If there is a slow bleed next to the skull it likely won't show on a normal CT (they are good for large, quick bleeds) Also, your symptoms are probably part of post concussion syndrome which can last days, weeks. But go to the doc again for sure!! Better to be safe!
