history of heart conditions? I suspect I am having harmless premature atrial contractions, especially at night. I feel my heart skipping a beat many times before I go to sleep. I also have an innocent heart murmur. My Father suffers from atrial fibrillation and my brother has Wolffe-Parkinson-White syndrome. Should I seek medical assessment because of this history? I realize PACs are usually no cause for alarm.
